After graduating from university (majoring in Mechanical Engineering), I have been involved in product design and development for over 25 years as a mechanical design engineer, enclosure design engineer, and industrial designer at power equipment manufacturers, information equipment manufacturers, and engineering dispatch companies. - Sheet metal press parts - Machining - Injection molded parts - Wire harnesses - Packaging design Through the entire process from product design planning to mass production, representative examples of designed products include the power supply unit for FUJITSU's FM TOWNS personal computer, NTT Docomo's mobile phone charger, missile guidance systems, card key readers, and commercial inkjet printers. Since 2004, I have acquired 3D CAD skills due to the introduction of SolidWorks at my company. In 2010, I aimed to become a MAKER with a 3D printer (DIMENSION768 from Marubeni Information Systems) by creating prototype parts. I am also a 3D modeling engineer and a CAD school instructor.
